(100% owned by NAKANIHON JUKI)
In addition, our business partnership with Shanghai office (Xuhui Branch of Shanghai JiaShiLi Trading Co., Ltd.) which we had been affiliated for 20 years has been terminated in 2022, and all business operations (including employees) were transferred to the new company under a business transfer agreement with our wholly-owned company.
